Stream and Azarus have announced a groundbreaking collaboration that aims to bring together the worlds of streaming and gaming. Azarus, a leading Web3 layer specializing in game streaming services, operates as an open platform that provides interactive and engaging digital experiences to enhance content engagement.

Azarus has made a significant impact in the market with its interactive overlay technology, which has been utilized by platforms like Twitch for playable ads. Through this innovation, Azarus has distributed over $2 million in rewards and attracted nearly 500,000 simultaneous players to top Esports and gaming events. The partnership with Stream is focused on further enhancing these interactive experiences.

The collaboration will not only connect different streaming networks but also prioritize deep engagement between users and their audience. Animoca Brands’ recent acquisition of Azarus further expands the possibilities in the Metaverse streaming space, leveraging Stream’s capabilities to create dynamic content driven by the community.

The strategic partnership is expected to offer comprehensive interactive experiences and foster meaningful interactions between consumers and content creators. Azarus has a strong presence on major Twitch streams, featuring game releases like Assassin’s Creed, Esports competitions such as Capcom Pro Tour, and events like the Streammer Awards, attracting a large audience of simultaneous players.

By partnering with Stream, Azarus aims to enhance its offerings by linking streaming networks and providing a robust platform for interactive streams. The collaboration will bring new opportunities for streamers in terms of rewards and community engagement, fulfilling the vision of a distributed, permissionless, and open approach to developing interactive stream content, as expressed by Azarus’ founder and CEO, Alex Casassovici.
