According to the report, Cardano has made significant progress in its various projects, including smart contracts, core technology, and wallet services. The weekly report highlights the implementation of CIP-0069 by the company’s ledger team, which is a major milestone. This initiative enhances the functionality of PlutusV3 by making spending data optional. Additionally, it introduces 1 argument in all scripts, allowing spending scripts to serve additional purposes such as minting.
The report also mentions the successful resolution of critical bugs. This includes modifying script execution for certificates that use 1 Plutus script and addressing issues related to non-existent pools for delegation. In terms of wallets and their services, the Lace team is preparing to launch v1.13, which includes new features and important bug fixes.
Furthermore, the report highlights the advancements in smart contracts. The Plutus team has introduced v1.30.0.0 to handle Plutus libraries, incorporating the implementation of CIP-0122. This feature introduces a unique value type with data support. Additionally, the Cardano education team is focused on organizing lectures to support the Cardano Developer course.
