Dr. Yang emphasized the importance of solar mining in reducing electricity costs, projecting a significant decrease to as low as 4 cents per kWh by 2026. This reduction could potentially remove a major barrier to the widespread adoption of solar-powered mining within the industry.
MicroBT has established itself as a leader in solar mining through the optimization of miner frequency and the successful implementation of a 100 kW pilot project. The platform has now introduced the next generation of WhatsMiner solar miners, inviting industry partners to join in the solar-driven mining initiative. Dr. Yang also highlighted the impressive increase in outlet water temperature, reaching up to 80℃, setting a new standard in the market.
The exclusive mining models offered by MicroBT boast high power efficiency, hashrate, and outlet water temperature, setting them apart from the competition. The hydro-cooling miners in particular offer a wide range of ambient temperature settings, allowing for greater flexibility in cooling source requirements. This technological advancement solidifies MicroBT’s position as a frontrunner in the field of green mining.
Dr. Yang announced that these innovative solutions and products will be available to users in the Spring of the following year, providing them with cutting-edge tools to enhance their mining operations.
