Fhenix, a leading layer 2 platform utilizing FHE cryptography for Ethereum developers, has announced a new partnership. The company is teaming up with Privasea, a key player in FHEML-focused AI+DePIN computing, to enhance secure AI app development using FHE technology. A detailed blog post was shared by the company to reveal the specifics of this collaboration.
Fhenix and Privasea Join Forces to Enhance Secure AI App Development
With a significant amount of data being transferred online regularly, there is a growing need for technologies that prioritize data privacy. The rise of artificial intelligence and large language models has further emphasized the necessity of ensuring digital sovereignty. These models rely on vast amounts of data for training purposes.
Fully Homomorphic Encryption is considered the optimal encryption solution for artificial intelligence, allowing for direct computation on encrypted data. This enables large language models to process the extensive data required for blind operations without decryption. It establishes a secure and trustworthy connection between AI and users.
The Partnership Leverages the Expertise of Both Companies and Enhances Interoperability
The collaboration between Privasea and Fhenix aims to leverage the unique expertise and capabilities of both companies to advance development by merging blockchain and AI technologies. This includes ongoing enhancements to FHE libraries and promoting interoperability between the two entities.
Additionally, the partnership focuses on initiating hardware acceleration initiatives. Both platforms will work together to expand Zama’s TFHE-rs library, a fundamental component of their infrastructure. The teams from both companies will integrate Privasea’s applications onto Fhenix’s L2 infrastructure and explore new mechanisms.
They will enable the integration of additional homomorphic encryption schemes such as CKKS/BGV/BFV, allowing for SIMD simultaneous processing and data packing. This will enhance support for high-precision and large-scale computing scenarios, leading to a wide range of product possibilities for both companies. By utilizing cutting-edge cryptographic technology like FHE, the partnership aims to introduce innovative use cases in AI.
