DATS Project, a prominent player in the field of cybersecurity services within the Decentralized Public Incentive Network (DePIN), has recently announced its integration into the innovative peaqosystem. This strategic partnership aims to revolutionize the field of cybersecurity by harnessing the power of decentralized blockchain technology.
In today’s digital landscape, cybersecurity remains a critical concern for both individuals and organizations. With the ever-increasing prevalence of cyber threats, it is vital to develop innovative solutions that can effectively combat the scale and sophistication of modern-day attacks.
The decision of DATS Project to join the peaqosystem represents a significant milestone in achieving these goals. By utilizing the capabilities of decentralized networks, DATS Project aims to empower users to effectively combat cyber threats while also rewarding them for their contributions.
Welcome to the peaqosystem, @DATSProject!

Currently, the project boasts an impressive infrastructure consisting of 1,184 computers with 7,562 CPU cores and a combined bandwidth of 48,008 Mbps. This robust setup allows DATS Project to simulate and defend against various cyber attacks, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, decentralized vulnerability scanning, and threat intelligence collection.
Through the integration with the peaqosystem, DATS Project will merge its desktop application with the peaq mainnet, deploying core logic through smart contracts. This integration will enable the minting of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), management of resource allocation, and distribution of rewards through a dedicated decentralized application (dApp) on the peaq network. Additionally, DATS Project plans to mint its own native token on peaq, facilitating community-driven governance and ownership within its ecosystem.
Serkan Bilen, co-founder of DATS Project, expressed his enthusiasm for the DePIN model, stating, “The DePIN model provides cybersecurity providers with the capacity and scalability that is only achievable in Web3. By partnering with peaq, the home of DePIN, our project gains the fundamental support, growth potential, and DePIN-specific functionalities that no other layer-1 platform can offer. We are excited to leverage peaq’s Modular DePIN Functions to make the internet safer for everyone.”
Till Wendler, co-founder of peaq, emphasized the broader impact of integrating Web3 technologies into cybersecurity, stating, “Cybersecurity is an essential industry that can greatly benefit from the transparency and scaling capabilities of Web3. We are thrilled to see DATS Project utilizing peaq as the layer-1 platform for a DePIN, revolutionizing this market through community ownership and decentralization.”
The integration of DATS Project into the peaqosystem represents a significant milestone for the field of cybersecurity, bridging the gap between decentralized technology and real-world security challenges. By empowering users to contribute their computing power, DATS Project aims to build a more secure digital future for all.
